I’m Shahzad Mehmood, founder of RightBPO. I work between business and technology — translating requirements into software projects, coordinating teams and turning complex ideas into systems that can operate in the real world.

My career began in 2007 in web design and front-end development, including front-end work on healthcare PMS, EHR/EMR and ERP systems. Independent work followed in 2009, running alongside employment through Upwork (Top Rated) and Fiverr (Level Two Seller). Later came technical project management — leading a team of 9+ developers for a New Zealand agency — then software project management and operations at Deutics Global, and in February 2023, founding RightBPO.
I’ve worked with distributed teams, international clients and US healthcare businesses. My role is to understand the requirement, plan the delivery, coordinate the team and keep the work moving — with enough technical depth to make sound decisions alongside engineers. Today my focus is moving toward larger engagements in enterprise software, ERP, business automation and AI/ML-enabled systems.

Five principles.
The same sequence, whatever the size of the project or the technology involved.

Understand the Requirement
Start with the business objective. Clarify who the work is for, what success looks like, what is out of scope and what constraints apply — before anything is estimated.

Plan the Delivery
Turn the requirement into scope, priorities, milestones and owners. Make the plan visible so everyone knows what is happening next and why.

Coordinate the Team
Align designers, developers and stakeholders around the same picture. Remove blockers, make decisions quickly and keep communication direct.

Execute & Monitor
Track progress against the plan, surface risks early, and protect quality as the work moves from build to testing to launch.

Improve & Optimize
Review what worked and what didn’t. Refine the process so the next project starts from a better baseline.
